Bluestone Health may offer users the ability to communicate with our team through SMS (text messaging) or other mobile messaging services to facilitate certain communications related to our services.

Program Description
If you provide your mobile phone number to Bluestone Health and consent to receive communications, Bluestone Health may send SMS or other mobile messages related to your interactions with Bluestone Health. These communications may include, for example:

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and service plan. Bluestone Health is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred through your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Bluestone Health at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Bluestone Health.

After you send the STOP request, you may receive a confirmation message confirming your opt-out. Bluestone Health will process opt-out requests as soon as reasonably practicable. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

For assistance with SMS communications, reply HELP to any message or contact Bluestone Health using the contact information available on our website.

User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information and to notify Bluestone Health if your mobile phone number changes or is reassigned. If you obtain a new phone number, you agree to re-consent before receiving SMS communications.

Users are responsible for the content of messages they send to Bluestone Health and agree not to transmit unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate content via SMS.

Security and Privacy
SMS messaging may not be secure and may not be encrypted. You acknowledge that text messages may be accessible to anyone with access to your mobile device. Bluestone Health is not responsible for unauthorized access to messages delivered to your phone.

Users should avoid sending sensitive personal or medical information through SMS unless specifically requested by Bluestone Health.

Information collected through SMS communications will be handled in accordance with Bluestone Health’s Privacy Policy.

Emergency Communications
SMS messaging is not intended for emergency communications. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.

Service Limitations
SMS messaging services may be subject to limitations including message length restrictions, formatting limitations, network delays, or technical errors. Bluestone Health does not guarantee that SMS messages will be delivered, received, or reviewed within any specific timeframe.

Bluestone Health does not undertake any obligation to monitor SMS communications continuously.

Bluestone Health may use third-party service providers to facilitate SMS communications. Bluestone Health is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or technical issues caused by third-party messaging platforms or mobile carriers.

Carrier Disclaimer
SMS services are supported by most major mobile carriers; however, carrier participation may vary. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, incomplete, or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluestone Health will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, SMS communications, including delays, delivery failures, or technical errors.

Recordkeeping
Bluestone Health may retain records of SMS communications and user consent for operational, compliance, and legal purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
