In effect, we provide a “first call” direct connection between Tribal members or employees and medical professionals who can help direct the member (or employee) on how to deal with a full range of medical concerns, including directing them to a specific clinic, urgent care or doctor who can provide the best care at the optimal price. Bluestone coordinates the appointment, handles any insurance claims/disputes and is able to provide telehealth for members or employees who are further away from health infrastructure.
